Jonathan has an extensive business and technology background with particular sector emphasis in real estate development, retail sales, E-commerce and software development and services.

Jonathan is the founder, President & CEO of Jupiter Investment Group, a Real Estate Investment company, and the Executive Chairman of Cannon Pacific Services a Southern California based municipal contracting services company.

Prior to founding Pipeline Funding, Jonathan launched Tiger Realty, a real estate investment company focused on the acquisition of multi-unit residential properties in San Diego, California and Phoenix, Arizona. Since the formation of this fund in 1993, he has demonstrated substantial investor return and shareholder value while engaged in all aspects of the business from asset acquisition, management and optimization to disposal

Jonathan’s broad business experience includes sales, marketing, human relations, commercial law and finance. He has been involved as an investor, board advisor or mentor in numerous successful enterprises including international computer products integration and sales, online travel, commercial security services, computer product re-cycling, customer relationship software and Internet child protection.

Prior to moving from the United Kingdom to the United States in 1993, Jonathan worked in financial services in London and in various management positions for a large privately-owned real estate and leisure development company.

Jonathan is a graduate of the University of Bristol (Bristol, England), with a Masters in International Business.
